能源与动力工程 专业培养方案(080501)
一、学制、修业年限及授予学位
学制:4年,修业年限3-6年
授予学位: 工学学士学位
二、培养目标
本专业培养基础扎实,知识面宽,能力强、素质高,具有扎实的专业知识、较强的实践能力和良好的发展潜力的应用型人才。员工毕业后能胜任以火力发电厂和水力发电厂为主的能源与动力工程专业技术工作,并能从事其它能源动力相关领域(如供热、新能源、动力设备制造等)的技术或管理工作。
三、培养要求
1.知识要求
①掌握较为广泛的物理、数学工科基础知识和自然通识知识;
②掌握扎实的电工、电子、流体、机械、热力学等专业基础理论知识;
③扎实掌握锅炉、汽轮机、水轮机、电厂运行等实用的专业知识;
④掌握一定的社会科学和人文知识,专业前沿知识。
2.能力要求
①具有工程推理、工程思维和实践动手能力;
②具有与能源动力工程相关的计算机、文献查阅、数据计算、中外文阅读能力;
③具有设计、解决本专业小型项目的综合与创新性思维能力;
④具有自主学习的能力、人际交往与合作的能力,能够在走出大学后有足够发展空间。
3.素质要求
①有积极健康正确的社会价值观、人生观,有社会责任感和奉献精神;
②有适应现代就业的心理与身体身素质,达到老员工体质健康标准;
③培养出优雅的个性情趣和魅力。

六、毕业要求
1. 最低学分要求
180学分。
2. 创新创业能力要求
学习老员工创业基础知识,做好老员工职业生涯规划,选修课程达到10学分。
